2. How is Rich In Time different from hiring an in-house Executive Assistant?
An in-house Executive Assistant requires you to handle recruitment, payroll, and management. With Rich In Time, you get a fully managed service without the hassle. Plus, you only pay for the support you actually need. Our team adapts as your business grows, offering flexible support without the full-time employment commitment.
3. What about privacy and confidentiality?
We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. All work is covered under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and we’re fully committed to protecting your sensitive information.
4. What is the contract period?
Our contract period starts with a minimum of six months. After this initial term, the contract rolls on a monthly basis. When giving notice, it applies from the end of the next billing period, and one month’s notice is required.
5. Can I increase or decrease the level of support?
Absolutely! We understand that your needs can change, and we’re here to grow with you. You can increase your level of support at any time, ensuring you always have the help you need as your business expands or personal responsibilities grow. If you need to decrease your services, we ask that these changes take effect in the next rolling month. Please note that adjustments can’t be made during the notice period to ensure a smooth transition, but we’re always flexible to accommodate your evolving needs before then.
6. What tasks do you handle?
We cover a wide range of both personal and professional tasks, including diary management, email handling, travel bookings, event planning, client coordination, and more. Our goal is to ensure your time is spent on what matters most.
7. How do I know what support is right for me?
We work closely with you to assess your specific needs. During the onboarding process, we’ll discuss your requirements and build a tailored support plan. As your needs evolve, so does our service.
8. Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel after the initial six-month contract, provided you give one month’s notice before the next billing period begins.
